We have recently been appointed to develop feasibility studies for the construction of a pair of new residential dwellings, located on a tight ‘back-land’ plot in South East London.
A planning application will be submitted in the Autumn of 2021, and initial discussions have explored the potential for extensive off site fabrication, in conjunction with raft and pile construction, in what will be a challenging environment in which to build.
